Theme: What story do you want to part with, lay to rest, or release?
In the quiet of midwinter, we turn inward. This session invites you to explore the stories that no longer serve you—the ones rooted in shame, fear, or outdated identities. We'll dive into the Throat Center in Human Design to better understand how to voice what has been hidden and reclaim your truth.
In this session, you'll experience:
- Guided reflection and intention-setting around release
- Reframing shame: transforming the "villain" narrative into one of healing
- Discussion on the evolution of our personal stories
- A working session to revise or reimagine a story you bring to the group
Participants will have time for peer-to-peer connection, coaching, and collaborative writing.
